Extracting the functionality and APIs of a proof-of-concept wallet application into a distributable Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) SDK.

Problem
A proof-of-concept wallet had to become something outside developers could install and use — people I would never meet and could not explain it to.
What I did
Wrote the packaging proposal with my PM, weighing options against feature scope, developer usability, public consumption and security. Raised test coverage before extracting anything.
Result
Independently consumable packages around a single core, with developer documentation and a working sample consumer app so integration can be followed without me.

Hybrid Cloud Wallet — PoC

Securing digital wallet accounts with Multi-Party Computation (MPC) key management.

Problem
Two hard things at once: MPC cryptography with no prior background, and — one day before the client demonstration — wallet recovery and signing both breaking in the credential issuance flow.
What I did
Prototyped MPC on a sample Web3 wallet until I could reason about it, then designed its use for generation, recovery and signing. On demo day I traced both failures to a single core defect rather than patching each.
Result
Design accepted and delivered as sequence diagrams and a development plan. Defect fixed in time; the demonstration went ahead.

Scramberry Wallet — PoC

A Web3 digital wallet showcased at NTT Docomo's internal R&D forum, covering token and NFT asset management and transactions, verifiable credential (VC) management, and account management.

Problem
Implementing verifiable credentials on the walt.id SDK — the documentation was thin, and the VC standard itself was new to me.
What I did
Learned the credential model first — issuance, storage, presentation — then worked through the SDK directly to fill the gaps the docs left. Wrote the implementation flow document so the rest of the team could follow it.
Result
All three credential flows shipped, with the implementation documented, tickets split and the resulting code reviewed.

Fitness Journey

Introduced Web3 to an existing active user base through NFT achievement rewards, built on Scramberry Wallet SDK services.

Problem
Designing the reward flow itself — how claiming and on-demand minting should actually work for fitness users who had never asked for Web3.
What I did
Researched smart contract and token asset options on Thirdweb and Alchemy to choose the approach, then built the NFT asset management and reward-claiming APIs around the flow.
Result
400+ engagements in the first week across 1,000+ active users on a live product.

A secondhand car marketplace in Japan; built the "Omakase" concierge-style flow to simplify buying and selling.

  • Rebuilt admin pages (form handling, data display, filtering) so staff could process Omakase requests and orders.
  • Implemented on-page SEO improvements and set up Google Analytics tracking for organic search performance.
  • Owned feature releases through dev → staging → production, verifying each stage before promotion.
  • Diagnosed and resolved production defects.

04 — HOW I WORK

How I work

I plan on paper first

A written plan before code — implementation documents, sequence diagrams, a proposal with options. If I can’t write it clearly, I haven’t understood the requirement yet.

I take unfamiliar work on purpose

Prototype first, understand the shape, then design. That is how I moved into blockchain services and then into MPC.

I ask instead of guessing

Requirements arrive with gaps when clients work in another language. I surface that early rather than at review.

This is the same flow I follow with AI support — plan, prototype, verify. Working with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot fits these steps rather than replacing them.
